One easy win to flag now: a real photo shoot of the shop, the robotic welder running, and a couple of finished installs. Your current site has only two usable photos. New photography is a pass-through cost (it is yours, plus a small management fee) and it is what makes the new site really land.
Third-party costs (ad spend, premium platforms, photo shoots) are always quoted and approved in writing before we spend anything. They are never baked into your monthly fee.
Fill in what you can right now and submit. Nothing is required to send it, and we will go over the rest together on our call. This is what lets us finalize your agreement, build the site around the real Steel Specialties, and route your leads to the right place.
To launch your new site and keep it fast and secure, we would like to manage your domain's DNS through our Cloudflare account. You keep full ownership of the domain; we only manage where it points.
Before anything changes, we copy every existing DNS record, especially your email (MX) records, so your email keeps working without interruption.
Cloudflare gives us two nameservers. They get set at your registrar (wherever the domain is registered). This is the one step that needs your registrar login, or you can make the change yourself with the two values we send.
Changes take 24 to 48 hours to propagate. We time the switch from your old site to the new one so there is no downtime.
The domain registration never leaves your name. If you ever move on, we hand back your original settings and you point it wherever you like.
